A Grave Mistake is a medium level 50 quest which focuses on The House of Twain's history. This quest was added in the Hallowynn update in 2016.

This quest requires the player to explore the graveyard and solve a series of puzzles.

Note: You cannot start this quest if you have not completed The House of Twain quest.

Dialogue:

Step 2

A strong spiritual force pulls you towards the graveyard, making it impossible to leave the area any other way than walking.

Dialogue:

• Once there was a man,
• who helped the spirits pass on,
• however he was still
• mortal.

To complete the quest, you'll need to visit places and get a piece of dialogue (listed below). House across from the severed arm house. [278, 75, -472] Cathedral. [273, 82, -314] (Here you go downstairs and a statue moves. When it moves, you go behind it). House with attic. [286, 83, -409] Severed arm house. [260, 75, -489] After visiting all places, you can go through the large door to advance to stage 3.

• ???: You were warned not to enter this forsaken place.
• ???: But since you made it thusfar, I suppose I shall show you the truth...

• Mael: Do you understand now?
• Mael: Now leave, and forget the horrors you have witnessed here today...
• Mael: They are safer here.

• ???: Be sure of what you trust, for not all is what it seems.

Stage 4

• Alem: I have nothing more to say. Take these.

The spiritual pull towards the graveyard loses its effect, making travelling easier.

Tips

Spoiler alert: The hidden text contains spoilers relating to the Severed Arm house.

You may notice that after entering, the door you entered through is a door out to the balcony, which cannot be jumped off. In order to get out, do the following: In the house at [260, 75, -489], follow the blood trail to the basement and find the hanged man. Dialogue: XXXXXXX: Where di.. my arm.? I need my a... I had it somewh... upstairs? Follow the bloodtrail upstairs to find the Severed Arm. Bring the Severed Arm to the hanged man. Dialogue: XXXXXXX: Oh, my arm.. It's ba... A staircase will appear. Go up the stairs and look at the statue.

Trivia

• This quest is the first one to use a new quest system which has been more used with the Corkus Update.
• Alem is an anagram of Mael

• Trick & Treat can no longer be obtained since Hallowynn 2016 is over

• There are many Easter-eggs hidden inside, such as a graves for the players JaydonTheWarrior, ethanoot and Nanomelon.In a room in the house with the attic, there is a music box. When the room is entered, the door will shut and the key will start turning and clicking, eventually getting faster until the music box opens and the Puppet from the Five Nights At Freddy's series will pop out, playing a cat meowing sound.
• The Number 66666 which is the xp you get from this quest is referencing the number of the devil which is 666
