Alive Island is the beautiful alive version of Dead Island and can only be accessed via the memory of a dead man.

Buildings[]
- A large cave is found north of the island, housing Dern Beasts. They drop Monster Hide, which is needed in the quest Haven Antiquity.
- Siwel's mansion is found up the hill. It has no other purpose besides decoration.
- The graveyard is located east from Siwel. Its crypt holds the gateway back to Dead Island.
