Farmer Anast is the starting NPC for the quest Crop Failure. He has problems with his crops and seems to know something more about this. Then, he finds out that Doubiss is not behind his crops dying, and the water is dirty.
Anast also reappears in A Hunter's Calling, where the player is tasked to lure him (as well as two other people) to Scientist Urelix's laboratory to be remade into iron golems.

For his farm is inside Olux, he is easy to find. Just leave the bank to the west and follow the path.
