Apocalypse is a Mythic Spear, requiring a minimum level of 81 to wield. With its negative Health Regen, it slowly drains the wielder's health over time; however, it also yields a huge life steal boost to regain lost health, meaning that mobs must constantly be attacked in order to keep the wielder's health up. Apocalypse also yields large penalties to ✽ Water defense and damage, as well as Soul Point regeneration. It can be done to very great extent in Heavy Melee (Stacking as much Main Attack Neutral Damage as possible).
