Arcane Anomaly can be obtained by killing Weirds. It can also be found in Loot Chests.

Usage

Arcane Anomaly can be sold at a Blacksmith or from your Ingredient Pouch in exchange for Emeralds. It can also be traded to other players via the Trade Market or personal trading.

Crafting

Arcane Anomaly can be used in the Weaponsmithing and woodworking professions to add a small amount of mana regen onto the crafted item at the cost of spell damage and an minimum intelligence requirement.

Interestingly, Portal Emanation can be much more effective than Arcane Anomaly, but is harder to obtain.
