Burtur is the Starter Quest NPC for Lazarus Pit and can be found in Gelibord. He unfortunately has a deadly case of Kerasot poisoning, a deadly fungal infection of the throat that is only known to be cured from healing water found at locations such as The Fountain of Youth (one of which is somewhere in the Dark Forest). He requests of the player to go on a journey to find Healing Water to cure him.
