Corrupted Witherhead is the more corrupted form of Witherhead, someone who perished from corrupted raids on Ragni's Decrepit Sewers, before being risen by the Corruption to become the master of the sewers. She serves as the final boss of the Corrupted Decrepit Sewers and speaks with the player as they progress throughout the dungeon.
Corrupted Witherhead's fight is very similar to the one in the Decrepit Sewers. The arena still has its flat circular shape the boss in the middle of the arena. Corrupted Witherhead also has a weakness to ❋ Air and a damage bonus in ✦ Thunder. Corrupted Witherhead Spawn also appear throughout the boss fight.
The boss is a ranged mob with Arrow Storm, which can be threatening to a playstyle with a low mobility. However, there are large walls that can be activated by stepping on some pressure plates which block the spell.
Because it is a dungeon boss of a dungeon in The Forgery, Corrupted Witherhead's fight scales depending on your level.
