- The Elven Medallion is needed to complete the Aldorei's Secret Part II quest.
Tips
- It is recommended that you choose the Kansard quest branch to obtain the Elven Medallion instead of trading it for 2 liquid emeralds because this choice will ultimately result in more emeralds (2.5 liquid emeralds) rewarded in Aldorei's Secret Part II.
