Event Airship Pilot is NPC located in Detlas near Calo during events. The player can board his ship in order to get to an area that is connected to certain events, these being North Lusuco for the Wynnter Fair, Sunset Valley for the Festival of the Bonfire, and the Talespun Citadel for the Festival of the Heroes.
