Certain items ([[Unique]], [[Rare]], [[Legendary]], [[Special Items]]) can also give you the XP Bonus identification, which increases the amount of experience you get from killing enemies and completing missions by a cumulative amount. For instance, if an enemy gives 55-70 experience on average and you have an XP Bonus of 15%, you would gain 63-80 experience upon killing that enemy. Experience Points are what you use to level up in Wynncraft. They can be earned from killing Mobs, completing quests, completing kill missions, and attending Swarms. One key point is the dynamic leveling system. Killing mobs near your level will gain you much more experience than killing mobs below or above your level, by way of a variable XP gain and chances to earn no XP from enemies that aren't your level. For example, a level 15 player would level up the quickest by killing mobs from level 12-18, whereas a level 40 player would be best grinding level 37-43 mobs. Each level of difference between your level and your enemy's level, there is a 3% chance to earn no experience at all from a kill, e.g; A level 15 player has a 15% chance to earn 0 XP on a kill from Lv 20 and Lv 10 enemies.

When gaining levels, the player will have access to more weapons and armor. The minimum level can be viewed when hovering the cursor over the item, and must be met or surpassed in order for that item to be usable.

XP Bonus

Certain items (Unique, Rare, Legendary, Set, Mythic) can also give you the XP Bonus identification, which increases the amount of experience you get from killing enemies and completing missions by a cumulative amount. For instance, if an enemy gives 55-70 experience on average and you have an XP Bonus of 15%, you would gain 63-80 experience upon killing that enemy. The bonuses stack, and can be viewed on your Character Info menu. However, XP Bonuses do not affect the experience payout from Quests.

XP Bombs

XP Bombs can be bought at the Wynncraft Store, and give any server a Double EXP Bonus for 20 minutes when used, and a Triple XP Bonus during special events such as Double XP Weekends or similar. The system works like this: If an enemy would drop 55-70 experience normally, they would give 110-140 experience under the effect of an XP Bomb/Event, and 165-210 under both effects. It is this new value that would be multiplied by your XP Bonus identifications, so enemies may not give exactly double/triple the experience they gave before.

The general amount of experience you need in order to level up can be viewed on your Character Info screen as a percentage of how much your EXP bar is filled up.
