Festival Goer

Limited Time Event: This article covers an event that lasted for a limited period of time before ending.
The event's content will no longer be accessible after it has ended, but collectibles and cosmetics earned by the player will persist.

Festival Goers are NPCs that could be found throughout Detlas during the Festival of the Heroes, which ran from 7th March until 31st March, 2022, appearing alongside Festival Workers and other NPCs associated with the event. Some Festival Goers appeared, moved or had new dialogue over the course of the Festival.

Friendly Festival Goer

• Festival Goer: Oh! Hello there! This festival is really cool, actually! In fact, I think I've made a friend? You know, you see the guy across from me?
• Festival Goer: Yeah, we're really getting along! Maybe soon I'll even say hello!

From 13th March onward, this NPC had new dialogue:

• Festival Goer: Oh... Hello... I think I might have said something wrong and made my friend upset.
• Festival Goer: I tried to say a joke, and I guess it didn't land, because he just glared at me! Oh, I hope he's not mad at me...

New dialogue from 18th March:

• Festival Goer: I think my friend and I are getting along again! I was worried for a bit there, since he stopped talking to me, but I got him to smile earlier!
• Festival Goer: I really love making friends in unexpected places. To think, I just came here to see Siegfried, but instead I made a friend!

New dialogue from 25th March:

• Festival Goer: Hello! I've been talking a lot with my friend over there, and it turns out we have a lot in common!
• Festival Goer: Oh, this is just the best. I'm so glad I decided to come to this festival. To think... I got to see Siegfried, AND make a new friend!

• Festival Goer: Hm... I may have had the wrong idea of that guy. Maybe he's not as bad as I thought.
• Festival Goer: At first I thought he was intentionally taunting me, but... I think he actually wants to talk to me? Weird.

• Festival Goer: Hello, there. Do you see that guy over there? Just... standing?
• Festival Goer: It turns out, he's really funny, actually! We've been talking more recently, and you know, I don't know what I was thinking earlier!

He later reappeared outside the Detlas Ballroom with the following new dialogue:

• Festival Goer: This is... a ballroom! Exquisite! I will say, if there has been one place I have been that I would visit again, it would be here.
• Festival Goer: Alas! The Heroic Festival I have heard so much about is not here. But there is good news, fellow festival goer!
• Festival Goer: The lovely people in the ballroom have kindly pointed me in the right direction! I'll reach it soon, I'm certain!

New dialogue from 27th March:

• Festival Goer: Mo'in, festival goer! It seems I have finally located this Heroic Festival!
• Festival Goer: And I must say, this festival truly is heroic! Just like all the pamphlets said.
• Festival Goer: It seems their scavenger hunt has come to an end, however, which is an unfortunate development. Regardless, my spirits are high!
