The Fountain of Youth is a quest location in the Dernel Jungle, where mystical healing water can be found. It is a key point in the quest Grand Youth. The actual "fountain" can be found on top of an island surrounded by dense jungle, and its waters pour out into a surrounding lake.

- The Fountain of youth is based off an actual legend that there was a "Fountain of Youth" hidden somewhere in the South American Jungles, which would grant eternal life to its finder. The Spanish empire sent many expeditions to find this "fountain", but never did.
- The Gavel version of the Fountain is the Lazarus Pit.
