Gavellian Passport is a quest item given to the player after completing the quest Acquiring Credentials. It is given to the player by a Letvus Airbase Black Market member, after a dragonling egg is sold to the market for 2000 emeralds.
If you lose the passport, you can retrieve it by entering the passport office in the letvus airbase.
