Guilds are generally a group of people who work together to achieve a long-term goal. Some guilds mainly focus on war, and others focus on building a community. Warring is an activity exclusively restricted to guilds, and is done by guilds to control territories or land on the map. You can level up your guild by giving it some of the XP that you earn by using the /guild xp [int] command or by taking territories and leveling up the "XP Seeking" bonus. Your guild can start with 5 members, and will increase as you level it up (see the perks table below). Each territory you own will allow you to use bonuses to get things like guild xp, guild emeralds, guild resources (more on this later) as well as bonuses to allow you to generate emeralds & tomes you can give to players.
Creating/Joining a Guild[]
Guilds can be created once you are combat level 75, by going to the Guild Master in the Guild Hall in Cinfras and paying 20 Liquid Emeralds and 6 Soul Points. Guild tags can be 3 or 4 letters long and cannot be an existing guild name. Guild names cannot be existing guild tags.
Defending a guild territory[]
To defend a territory claimed by your guild, you use /gu manage, select the territory menu, then select whichever territory you want to defend.
Upgrades
- Damage: Increases the tower's damage. Costs ore.
- Attack: Increases the tower’s attack speed. Costs crops.
- Health: Increases the tower’s health points. Costs wood.
- Defence: Decreases the tower’s damage taken. Costs fish.
- All 4 upgrades can be maxed out at level 11.
Offensive Bonuses
- Stronger Mobs: Increases the damage mobs deal in a war. Costs wood.
- Multiattack: Allows the tower to target more players, up to 3 people. Costs fish.
- Aura: Releases fire particles that descend down the tower. As it hits the ground, any player standing on the ground will be dealt 100%-200% of the tower's DPS. The damage only affects the inner circle of the war arena, centered on the tower. Aura can be dodged by moving out of the inner circle or jumping/using a movement spell to gain altitude. Costs crops.
- Volley: Shoots explosion particles. As it hits the ground, any player standing on the ground will be dealt 100%-200% of the tower's DPS. The damage only affects the outer circle of the war arena, centered on the tower. Volley can be dodged by moving out of the outer circle or jumping/using a movement spell to gain altitude. Costs ore.
Attacking a guild territory[]
When you attack a territory using the /guild attack command (or by clicking on the banner that marks each territory), you and all of your participating guild members (they can be on different servers, but must be in the same region) will be teleported into an area with a large Guild Tower in the center, which is a boss that must be defeated in order to gain control of the territory. The Guild Tower will attack the person standing in its attack range. If there are multiple people in its attack range, it will target the nearest person.
The tower has varying amounts of health and damage, which is set by the members of the Guild Tower's guild through Upgrades. If you win, you will gain control of the territory, but if you lose, you will be teleported back to your server as you die and lose 2 soul points. Leaving the server will send you out of the war, but not count as a death.
It costs a certain amount of emeralds in order to start a war, funded by the emeralds in a guild's resource storage. The emeralds needed to start a war depends on the amount of territories a guild currently owns.

0 | Free |
1 | 200 |
2 | 800 |
3 | 2000 |

Throughout the Guild War, mobs will spawn from the Guild Tower, and will later spawn more and more as a war progresses.

When passing through another guild's territory, the cost to start a war is increased due to tax. However, you don't have to pay the guild you're attacking any tax. Note that the extra emeralds a guild pays due to tax get removed from the system.
As an example, a guild originally paying 4000 emeralds, will pay 4200 emeralds instead if they pass through a territory with a 5% tax.

Guild Headquarters[]
The Guild Headquarters is a territory that can be assigned as the main point within a guild's territories. All emeralds and resources produced are sent towards the headquarters according to the route type of the territory that produced the resources.
Guild Headquarters are also subject to the same +30% bonus applied for each owned connection, along with territory bonus (see below), which gives +25% per owned territory within 3 connections of the Guild Headquarters.
The formula for calculating the Damage and Health stats of the Guild Headquarters is as follows:

Banners[]
Guild banners are customizable in the guild menu when clicking the banner of an area, and are used to showcase a guild by means of a banner whenever they control a territory. Each banner is exclusive (and thus no two guilds can have the same banner) and can be changed at an area banner for 10,000 emeralds.
Pedestals for guild banners are upgrade-able when clicking on an area banner, and are displayed whenever the guild controls the territory as the area banner. Pedestals work in a system of tiers, with each upgrade incrementing the pedestal's tier by one. Each upgrade also has a required level for the guild, and if not fulfilled the guild is unable to upgrade their pedestal.
