The Legendary Shallow Diver can be obtained by killing Strato's Soul in the logging camp in northwest Nesaak Forest.
Usage[]
It can be used to obtain a Mythic Everlasting Pufferfish by going to Gernald's dock south of Nesaak and throwing it into the river off the dock.
