The Hallowynn Quest was a quest only available during Halloween 2014. For Halloween 2015 it was remade into a full quest instead of a limited one and was renamed to Macabre Masquerade. It is a short level 21 quest.
Since Halloween 2016 there is another Hallowynn quest with the name A Grave Mistake.
Stage 1
» Find the Mask Salesman at his caravan.

Dialogue:
- Mask Salesman: Hmm... Let's see, wha- Ah! Oh, pardon me, I was distracted. Luckly you're here, because I require some assistance.
- Mask Salesman: You see, I was just on my way back from that large mansion near Nesaak, where I went to acquire some antiques from an old business partner.
- Mask Salesman: However, along the way, a valuable cursed mask escaped from my caravan and somehow made its way into the dark mine over there!
- Mask Salesman: I would've gone after it, but the things I have in this caravan are too important to leave it by themselves. Not to mention that the cave seemed to corrupt from the inside out...
- Mask Salesman: You must help me retrieve the mask, for I must depart in 3 days! Could you brave the shadowy cave and bring it back?

Stage 2
» Find the Haunted Mask and bring it back to the Mask Salesman.
There is a brief parkour at -370, 25, -1983. Failing that parkour, which seems inevitable, will transport you to another course. This one contains animated objects and untargetable entities in the walls that cast multihit.
When you find the large chamber with three branches, take the left door. You will take mild falling damage and arrive in the room with the haunted mask. After you defeat the Haunted Mask you will be able to exit. When you are transported out, you will be on the outside of the parkour and can simply leave. You do not need to cross it again.
Dialogue:
- Mask Salesman: You've met a terrible fate, haven't you? I was just about to run the whole way to Nemract to get help.
- Mask Salesman: I would really like to hear what you encountered in that cave, but I must prepare to leave, for I have many masks to sell on a far away continent.
- Mask Salesman: Maybe you can visit me at some point, if our paths were to ever cross again. Then we could talk about your journey.
- Mask Salesman: To thank you for your help, I wanted to give you a special mask, but I'm out of it. Maybe next year?
Tips
- When in the room with three doors, the left door will take you to the boss fight where you can get the Mask.

Trivia
- The Mask Salesman may be a reference to the Mask Salesman from "The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask", for they both lost a cursed mask, have to leave in 3 days, and say something among the lines of the player meeting a terrible fate.
- The Mask Salesman may also be a reference to 'The Mask', a popular old fantasy film, followed by a terrible sequel.
- The quest has been given a lot of hate by the community because of how small and easy it is.
- The quest goes under the name "Macabre Masquerade", however, the quest book also says "Hallowynn Quest" in quotations.
- The quest rewarded the Hallowynn Mask to players who completed it during the 2014 Hallowynn season.
