Maxie is the starting NPC for the quest The Envoy Part II. Maxie is a Corkian who wants to help rid Corkus of Mechs. He tells the story of the mechs and tries to stop the factory from creating more. He has trouble using Electromagic, but in the end of part II he shows great skill.
