The player can obtain Mythic Everlasting Pufferfish by tossing a Legendary Shallow Diver into the river in Nesaak Forest at the dock near Gernald, and killing the mob when it appears.

Usage

It can be given to either Calamaro or Gernald to complete Underice, in exchange for either Calamaro's Slimy Token or Gernald's Amulet.
