Omango is the starting NPC of the quest Underwater. He is a resident of Maltic, and is in search of treasure in a wrecked ship. In the quest, he sends you to his friend Sayrr to get a Breathing Helmet. Once the player receives the breathing helmet, they must swim into the wreckage to find the treasure.
