Relend is the starting NPC for the Fantastic Voyage quest, in which he invites the player on an adventure as his guest. A sailor, Relend is anchored in Jofash Docks in a thrilled condition, for discovering riches on a far away island is his main ambition. He may not be great at maneuvering a ship around spikes and coral, but he proves to be a splendid ally should you find yourself in a quarrel.
Though the sailor is first seen in front of his ship the Little Wing, in quest he is at Gateway Island, the Abandoned Mines, and on his vessel venturing.

Relend is an anagram of "Needlr", a former composer of music for Wynncraft. This may explain why his rhyming is so fluent!
