why the revert
Because it is Wynnter Fair, the Winter festival, not the quest island.
there are no merchants at the wynnter fair last time I checked though
leaving like it is now would be misleading to other players since the content no longer exists in game
(unless I'm getting something wrong here)
There aren't any merchants, but Wynnter Fair will be back next year.
