Trading is a safer way to trade items instead of dropping them on the ground. Simply type /trade [playername] or you can shift + right-click to quick trade. Then the player will have to place the item they want to trade eachother at their own 'area'. To continue the trade click the wool on your side of the box, once both player continued, the player have to click confirm wool to trade successfully.
