The Uth Guardian is summoned when the Uth Shrine is activated. It drops a random amount of Uth Runes. Unlike Nii Guardians, the Uth Guardian has to be summoned at a shrine. Even though there is a summoning shrine in Aldorei Town, activating it requires going to Corkus.
