Violet-Shift is a pair of level 77 Fabled Boots. It can only be obtained as a rare drop from the various Weirds around Lake Gylia and the Gylia Plains.
Violet-Shift is a powerful item for spellcasting, providing boosts to the Mana Regen, Raw Spell Damage and Exploding IDs, as well as having the unique effect of boosting all Elemental Spell Damage. Additionally, it has the Entropy Major ID, drastically increasing the speed at which the Mage's Meteor falls; this makes it especially powerful for Mages using the Riftwalker or Arcanist Archetypes.

- Violet-Shift's name is inspired by the real-life physics phenomena of redshift and blueshift, in which the wavelength of an electromagnetic wave increases or decreases respectively. For example, a beam of visible light whose source is moving away from the observer will increase in wavelength, appearing more red.
- Violet-Shift was added in Hotfix #2 of the 2.0 Spellbound Update. In the same patch, Entropy was removed from the level 65 Mythic Wand Pure, which gained a new Major ID, Gravity Well.
